Great products, but my first time shopping, order took long to arrive

Great products, but my first time shopping, order took long to arrive. Order placed on the 27th of August 2023 some of the products did not arrive and I do not have a clear feedback about them or a regular feedback on the current stage of the undelivered orders. This is frustrating. The main order which I actually wanted did not arrive only items which I just spontaneously bought came. I am disappointed right now.
