Great prices, but service could be a little better

I have been ordering from Snatcher for years and have always had a great experience. Not the case recently. No one let me know that my order was ready for collection, I had to make contact to find out, and then half my order was missing, and no one let me know that one of the items are out of stock.

I will however order from them again...and again!
