Great online shopping platform

After I ordered from Snatcher, I got worried as they took long to process and pack my order. I looked up the reviews, mostly negative things and it stressed me out. I really thought this wasn't a legitimate business because of the reviews and the fact that you cannot call them and speak to an agent, only email. But then they responded fast on my email, and after my order was packed and shipped, it only took 2 days via courier guy, for delivery, and that's halfway across the country. Total time was 9 days, or 7 working days. That's great service. I would highly recommend shopping online at Snatcher.

Snatcher team, you guys must please get agent so that we can call, it's better peace of mind for the customers.
