I ordered a wireless mouse as a gift. It was requested to be a specific colour to match a laptop she received from someone else. This was the only local site which had a mouse in that colour, so I immediately ordered one. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. I contacted their customer support team - they were very professional and apologized for the mistake. They offered me a full refund or an exchange for the right colour with no additional cost to me. Their courier was sent to pick it up the same day. When they got the product, I received an email assuring me that it was the right colour, and that it was ready to ship.
