Great customer care

I was quite hesitant to try out snatcher for the first time but had a really great experience! I was not at home at the time of delivery but there was someone else to receive the package. Afterwards I got a phone call from customer care to ensure that I received my package since the courier couldn't reach me personally. Great service!
