Great but not good with assisting when there's a problem

I love shopping with Snatcher, they have very nice things. Bought all my Christmas lights with them. However I'm still struggling to sort out my first order with them as they have been waiting for stock for 2 weeks now on something I bought. I asked them to just exchange it with another set but I'm still waiting. But all of my other products came quick quick and in excellent condition
