Great after service with returned product

I just want to thank Snatcher Staff, especially Tumello Mashaba for their assistance. I wasn't happy with the 2 games that were in my order as they had a small fault and having never used Snatcher before was uncertain how difficult or what charges would be involved. However, Tumello Mashaba, arranged the couriers to come fetch the games and then once they had received them back at head office, she then sent me replacement games that had been checked and were 100%.

I was very impressed with the service, the couriers were a bit slow, but I live in an off the track area so I understand that couriers don't come every day. Overall I was very happy with the service and the items that I purchased. Thank you
