Got ****med of my money

I would never recommend anyone to buy from snatcher. I made a mistake of ordering tv legs whilst I thought i was buying a tv stand on the 28th of Jan 2023.. as the pic and description was confusing. I cancelled my order the next day and asked for my refund. I was told that the matter will be dealt with from the finance department. Kept on making follow up but nothing was said. When I try sending emails now, they don't go through. It says email address not found. The same email I have been using all along. My money gone just like that
