Goods still received 3 weeks later

I placed an order, paid and sent proof of payment but am still waiting for an order I made on the 8th December 2021. The system keeps telling me payment is not confirmed even after I emailed proof of payment twice. Am not impressed at all! The deals are great but service is poor. The online chat is as good as useless.
