Goods not in working condition.

I have been sending them reviews on their return delivery. I bought an 8litre airfryer. And it doesn't work & I was soon looking forward to using it. But they don't reply and the only thing I need is a working airfryer. And their contacts are not working and I don't understand why their contacts are not working yet they work with clients.
