Good website but no delivery details

It was easy to place the order and pay online. Delivery however, took two weeks, due to one of the items being out of stock. The "track my order" option didn't provide any details about the progress of my order, unlike other online websites. I suggest that option be updated in order to provide customers with where the orders are in the process. If there's items out of stock, it should state so, and the estimated delivery date should be given.
