Good service

In mid February I ordered a drying washing rack, delivered. I took time to open it. The day I opened it the weather was not good, only to find that my drying rack was having a big dent on it. I reported it to Snatcher they apologize and promise to collect it and replace it. Due to covid19 they didn't collet it, it took time up until we reach level 3 of lock down. Two weeks ago they collected it, few days they notified me that they don't have the item that I ordered they wanted to give me a refund and I told them that I don't need a refund but replacement. They said it might take time I said I don't mind. On Tuesday 09.06.2020 I received my order in a good condition, I appreciate their service, they do care for their customers. Thank you Snatcher
