The ordering online process was hassle free, then came the wait for the tracking number, just when i was expecting delivery i got an email stating their supplier was out of stock and they offered an alternative color to what i had ordered. i immediately rep**** and requested to take 1 of the alternative product and a refund for the balance since i had ordered 2 of the same item. My response was not acknowledged, after a few days i called, could not get hold of anyone, emailed as a follow up, still no response. Basically its the worst customer service I've experienced. Till today i'm waiting for a refund. It was my first time ordering with them and the last time. It sad because they have a lot of items I'm interested in at a good price but their service is pathetic!
