Good prices on some items

They have good prices but their customer care is a bit slow. If you order something and one of the products is not in stock, they will ship you the rest of the products but never inform you that they could not get stock of one of the items. You have to reach out to them and even then it takes them a while to respond and refund you or give you a store voucher.
