Good efficient service

I am pleasantly surprised on the service and updates received. A VAST improvement from my last dealings with Snatcher from the 1st time I used them. I would just ask that with special instructions that, that be forwarded to the courier company. I specified that no one will be home for collection a certain time. As I was about to leave....they came. That was luck. I also don't get the code to give to the courier. Even they tried and I still don't get it. Other than that I'm a very satisfied client.
