Good day The phone that I received is not the same product battery life is poor and the phone loose signal for hours and it's not the network

Good day The phone that I received is not the same product battery life is poor and the phone loose signal for hours and it's not the network.the memory is not as big as they advertised..this is not the same phone it's said S22 but connected to a bluetooth it say S23..I have send two emails out but it bounced back
