Getting worse by the order
the longer I deal with them the worse the delivery and quality of service is getting. I do not know if they are growing faster than that they can cope with. Shorts on deliveries is becoming an issue and then you wait for days on end for them to correct their mistakes

15 Oct 2022, 14:19Still having issues, spoken multiple time to Andile in support. Some orders now in excess of 25 days. Incorrect stock being delivered or short delivered and just not getting any happiness on getting my issues sorted in a timely manner. It's no use in asking for management to contact you as they do not and if they do it is weeks later!
