Furious at Snatcher's lack of stock and customer management

Furious at Snatcher.co.za's lack of stock and customer management. Been 12 working days since I paid (delivery was supposed to be done in 7-10 working days), received no communication other than the original order confirmation, no replies to my emails. Finally tracked down a contact phone number through private Facebook message (they don't list phone numbers), only to be informed that they are out of stock of the item and MIGHT be able to refund me, with no satisfactory explanation or apology from management. Never again, Snatcher.
