Frustrating

Not happy. I have cancelled an order on the 22 Dec. It was said it takes 7 days for the refund to come back. I have send numerous emails to no avail. Yesterday they said they will get in contact with the accounts department, and after that I have sent emails for feedback to nobody responding. This morning I went on Facebook and sent a messenger message. They ask what they can help with I told them and have not received any respond back. How can they not get back to a person. I never had a problem but now nobody is getting back to me at all. So frustrating
