From the payment everything changed, i had to send emails the whole time to ask were is my packages

From the payment everything changed, i had to send emails the whole time to ask were is my packages. Both had the same delivery date , the first package came on time but the second one came a week later , if i didn't asked about my packages there were no updates. Very bad first experience.
