From good to bad

I have been ordering for a while from snatcher and was very impressed with the service and turn around time, however Snatcher seems to be a typical company. They will impress you in the beginning, but then the service fade. You need to make an immediate payment for them to process your order, before they process your order, that is where the bad service starts. Don't believe in their turn around time as you will be waiting in vain. They can take your money to make it a legal contract between you and them but then they don't keep to their end of the contract, taking as long as it pleases them. They do not do refunds, rather give you shop credit just so that you have to wait anther 15-16 days for your goods. Truly a company that over promise and under deliver.
