My 1st and definitely last experience with snatcher has been horrible, I bought 2 airfryers, they delivered wrong airfryers, with wrong colors, wrong style and make, I tried calling but then their lines are not going through, they take forever before responding to emails, they no customer service, their agents are clueless when coming to resolve issues, no empathy, no sense of urgency, I would not recommend snatcher even if it was the last store no earth, I'll never again waste my money with this trash of a store.. Am so angry 😡 I will never ever buy again from this store
