firstly the item tha...
firstly the item that I ordered was substituted with another simple product .. after querying that..they agreed to refund me as they do not have the product that I did order. also one of the items sent was damaged. however I am waiting for s full refund which they say will take 7 days .also they can't get me the advertised product and yet I see that very same product being advertised all the time
