First time buying experience with Snatcher

Ordered a part mirrored chest of drawers. The delivery was quick. Unfortunately it came with a crack which could have occurred at courier level. I immediately requested an exchange and I just got a replacement via a different courier. The new product is perfect. Whole process took about 14 days but I'm okay with that as the item wasn't needed urgently.
