First time buyer very distraught with service

I've done payment on Monday the 14 November via the online portal.. to my unfortunate event my cart was not loaded yet payment was successful on my side. I've sent the payment notification via chat and email.. I've tried to contact them but I don't get any positive response.

Contacted support numerous times via chat and email. Since they don't take calls. Up to date I have still been trying to get some information regarding my order, still nothing. Very unpleasant experience and still ongoing with uncer*****y of actually receiving my order since there's no way of proper contact or anything constructive. 😑

It's very disappointing to have come across a company that does not pride themselves with integrity and cannot contain to what they state on their website 😕. Customer Support is a nightmare as they probably only have one employee to handle customer liason. All I wanted was my purchase if that wasn't able to be fulfilled then they could have credited me.
