First of all you cannot run a business without people having difficulty in contacting you. How do you run a business without a telephone number? This to me does not make sense. And I feel your delivery time is rediculous. Why must your customers wait for 10 days before their items are delivered? You can understand if your customers are from other regions, but living in Gauteng and not receiving your items in two to three days does not sit well with me. I would also like to order more stuff from you but I'm scared that I will not get it. The reason for this is that you have no contactable phone numbers and you have different addresses on your site.
