FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SNATCHER WAS THE WORST AND MOST HORRIBLE

On the 26/09/2033, I ordered headsets, power bank and a mosquito machine. The parcel was delivered on the 10/10/2023. The package had the mosquito machine and a battery charger, which was a totally different product to what I had ordered. There was no communication sent about the headsets and I had to enquire with Snatcher. After a couple of days of complaining, they rep**** informing me that the headsets are out of stock and gave me options.

On the other hand, the lady that handled complaints asked for the photos of the battery charger I received and for the power bank I initially ordered. Sent all photos. She returned to me after I had to follow up and blatantly told me I was supp**** with a correct item!!! It's really embarrassing to hire people who are not credible and efficient enough in client relations! The photos with product details were clear and even a 3 year old would distinguish between the two.

On the 18/10/2023 I was informed that my voice of headsets have been dispatched to me.

On the 20/10/2023 at 10h47 while at work I received and email that they arranged for my parcel to be collected. At 11h00, a driver called me and told me he's at the gate, in my place of residence...I mean...who makes such a hasty arrangement without clear communication in advance?! I choose to reserve my comments about the person responsible, who, yet again did a blunder.

I rescheduled with the driver to return on Monday. Parcel was collected on the 23/10/23. Snatcher has a turn around time of up to 12 business days but I haven't heard anything from Snatcher about my headsets and the power bank.

From the 26/09/2023, I waited for 10 business days before being short and incorrectly supp****. Since the 18/10/2023 update, today's marks the 16 business days since I was informed that my headsets have been dispatched.

Maybe someone else can explain what terrible service is this? Maybe I'm the one who's delusional and unreasonable. Can someone please advise.
