FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE!!!

I placed an online order on the 16.01.2023. I then made a follow up on the 20.01.2023 regarding the status of my order because I did not receive any updates. I got a response from the customer support agent, Clayton Hendricks saying that my order has been processed and the turnaround time is between 7-10 business days. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER UP TO DATE AND IT IS NOW MORE THEN 10 WORKING DAYS. I sent another follow up email on the 30.01.2023 to find out where my order is however no response. Did Snatcher ***** my money because clearly they have not fulfilled my order. I also asked them for a refund but nobody responds. Definitely will not be purchasing from Snatcher again. WHERE IS MY ORDER AND WHY IS OT TAKING SO LONG?
