Fine Living Mirror Shoe Cabinet - 3+2 Tier

I bought a Fine Living Mirror Shoe Cabinet - 3+2 Tier on October 7 2023. They delivered around late October 2022. Upon unpacking the package, the pieces were incomplete, I called them, emailed them and they fetched it. To date, they have refused to replace the package claiming that they do not have it in stock. I have emailed, called and the only thing they are offering me is a refund. The problem with this is, they waited months to replace the product and I will not find anywhere for the same amount that I bought it for at Snatcher. The other problem is they are still selling the same product, even advertising it and still claiming that they do not have it in stock. I have looked at the reviews for the same product and they selling it and people are reviewing it, which means, they have stock for it. It seems like Snatcher is ****.
