Few months back I bought study guide for my daughter and it too very long to come through so I got it somewhere and I had to cancel order from Snatcher and requested refund

Few months back I bought study guide for my daughter and it too very long to come through so I got it somewhere and I had to cancel order from Snatcher and requested refund. Can uyiu belive even today I still have not received my money back. I send several emails to snatcher and everytime I get a reply your request is escalated to refunds department and I just tired to follow up. I'm even thinking of requesting credit to buy something from them if whatever I buy they will have in stork🤷🏿♂️... Because of that experience I'm forced to rate them one star. If there's half star I would gladly rate them half star.
