feeling neutral

I finally received all my items that I ordered, even though it took time for them to fulfill the order. Communication is very bad they end up not responding to your emails and there is not landline that you can call, at some point I thought I have lost my money to them, after a month they delivered what was missing. I am very happy with the products I bought and they are of good quality. I would only recommend snatcher to someone who is very patient.
