Faulty item returned no feedback

I purchased hoverboard and it was faulty they arranged for item returned to be checked now is 6 weeks no update Ihave been sending emails all they send is we will check with department no updates communication is bad no calls for enquiries no response from email Iam hurt by best service now all ineed is my refund or replacement these company do not care about our money
