False Adverti*****t with no return policy for that.

It is not nice for me to give this review. I've bought a few times from Snatcher and even had one product replaced that was not correct. On my last purchase though I purchased a Facial Roller with S****ing plate. In the description it says: This compact model is designed with a genuine rose quartz roller head. This compact model is designed with a genuine rose quartz roller head.

The product I received was not genuine rose quartz. I contacted them and they said this product is not faulty and it is a return because I do not want the product. This will have to be returned at my own cost. I sent them an email to say this is false adverti*****t. With which they rep**** that "Please be advised that we have advised on the items description that the item is PVC ." I have reread that description and made screen shots. It doesn't mention PVC. It only mentions genuine quartz crystal. This is very disappointing. I will be too afraid to shop there again.
