False Advertising, Poor quality products

on the 12th November 2019, I purchased four items from snatcher order number SNR*** one ceramic faucet water purifier and three solar sensor lights, the images on the website for the items clearly reflects a well-known brands which are Costech and Lettoos, yet when the items were delivered a few days later I received cheap imitations that stopped working after a few hours of use. the purifier did not purify the water, the solar lights look like children's toys that you would buy from a fleamarket.
