False Advertising on Snatcher website

I purchased an iPhone x on Snatcher online which provided descriptions of what I would receive with the phone in the package (box), however, it was false advertising, and feel I was led on by false advertising. I am paying the full amount that the phone was and when I send Snatcher numerous emails, they still have not responded to one of them. I am furious and feel I was deceived and want to return the item as nothing is happening on their side to correct the problem.
