False advertising, no custuomer service

The product supp**** did not have the features advertised. When I complained, they made it as difficult as possible even though it was a simple instance of false advertising. Finally allowed me to return the product, after a month I am still waiting for my refund. Snatcher does not have a phone service, email only.
