False advertising, I want my cosmetics storage box with 3 drawers

On the 30th of june I bought cosmetics storage box with 3 drawers, and on the 8 july I received cosmetics storage box with one drawer, I contact them via email, they told the were sorry i should take a clear picture of what i received and send it to them, then I did that, they rep**** saying they will pick up the wrong parcel, and they will log a call for me to get correct parcel. And this morning they 8:00 they send a courier guy to pic up without calling me to let me know that I need to print 4 forms sign and give it to courier guy. I gave that guy a parcel and he left.. hellow Peter please make sure that you tell this people that I need my parcel, they mustn't play games with me, I always support them by buying all the time. What they did is wrong ,I want my parcel that I paid for
