False Advertising, Bad Product , Bad Customer Service

Dear Snatcher,

I wish to express my utter disappointment with you and with the product that i purchased and the service i have been receiving!

I would like a full refund for my order and my money to be refund and deposited back into my credit card immediately!

My order number is 213308 , i have attached pictures of the order i wish to return

The charger that I ordered does not charge my laptop at all, this is false advertising on the snatcher website. the product is useless . TEST IT YOURSELF

Secondly this is the worst customer service i received, i waited almost 1 month to receive my order , ive emailed your online consultant Tashriek Rustin whilst waiting for my order only to receive an answer that was not clear and precious.

I am highly disappointed at snatcher and want my full refund of R406 deposited back into my credit card with immediate effect!
