False advertising & bad customer services
I ordered 2 Huggle Hoodies but noticed that online vendors were selling a lesser quality product called a Haggia Hoodie and passing it off as Huggle. I emailed Snatcher customer services to instruct that my order be cancelled if they are selling the Haggia Hoodie. I was assured it was the genuine Huggle but upon delivery it was Haggia, now customers services wants to tell me I got what I ordered and refer me to their returns policy
