False Advertising and *****ulant practices: Item ordered and paid for, but when item was delivered, it was not the same item that was advertised and pictures and desription changed on website after my item was delivered

False Advertising and *****ulant practices: Item ordered and paid for, but when item was delivered, it was not the same item that was advertised and pictures and desription changed on website after my item was delivered. They claim that they have delivered the correct item and wants me to send it back for my account and deduct 15percent handling fee, etc. I have second thoughts about supporting them in future after this.
