False advertising and thievery

Promised sane day delivery, did not. Upon cancelling order on day of online purchase, they refused to cancel and yet they have a “cancelling” policy. Went quiet for 3 weeks, no goods at hand. Upon delivery of unwanted goods, they spin the return policy “duration” yet they are the ones who hung on to the goods well beyond the last week of December till the 17/1/23
