False advertising and poor customer service.

I am livid!!! I bought what they advertised as wireless headphones and when I got them I realized that for them to be wireless I need to plug a stand into the TV!! They shoved an aux cable that does not work into the box, did I mention that they said the headsets have FM radio??? But the FM radio is nowhere to be found!

I called them to ask for my money back, then they said I much write and email, I wrote the email and called them back then they told be their policy says they should attend to emails after 48 hours!! I AM SO ANGRY I wish they were close enough for me to go to the building!!! I bought 5 boxes imagine!
