FALSE ADVERTISING AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give Snatcher a minus rating I would. I have been in contact with Snatcher via email since 22 August in order to return items for a refund because the items I received were not the same as advertised on their website. On 23 August, as requested by them, I sent images of the items I want to return and have thus far not received any response from them. They have a landline which refers you to their email address since they don't take calls-so how are we supposed to get help? I am now sitting with items which I can't use because Snatcher is not replying to my emails on their return procedure. This was my first and last time using Snatcher. DON'T USE SNATCHER-THEY WILL **** YOU.
