False advertising and no client service

I would not recommend Snatcher to anyone, unless you don't mind long delivery delays, non existing customer service and false advertising. I've ordered twice, a few days apart not knowing better. My first order I had to email 4times iro delivery, note I did give them 10days before enquiring. When the parcel arrived one item was not received, once again I emailed them. Only to be told it will ship separately no time frame was given. My second order arrived and three item were missing, one of which was received but an incorrect item. The adverti*****t clearly stated solar powered and the pictures were also of a solar powered item but the item was definitely not as advertised (even though the sticker on the box also stated solar). I have yet to received my first missing item and I'm waiting for feedback iro the second orders missing items. No communication what so ever has been received regarding a delay of an item nor it being out of stock and according to their correspondence both orders have bow been completed. I'm very frustrated with their lack of client service and professionalism.
