False advertising

So snatcher saw it appropriate to dispatch something I had not ordered and not inform me before. You can imagine to my dismay when I opened my package only to find out I was given an alternative color without it being communicated to me. Then I received the below "I trust you are well,

We sincerely do apologies for not communicating the alternative color we have sent,

Unfortunately we only have maroon in stock,

Kind Regards Nqobile Ngema - Customer Support Agent". Listen here, had I wanted a maroon, I would have ordered a maroon. This is someone's gift for crying out loud. The same black that's out of stock is still available to order on their website. Makes me wonder is this how they want to get rid of the maroon, by purposesly dispatching to you without being told and them hoping you'd be okay with it!
