Failure to fulfill order

Ordered some tech accessories from Snatcher 2 weeks ago. Firstly their communication is poor. No estimated delivery date provided and no mention of the fact that my order was on backorder from China. Today I checked the status of my order and found out that my order has apparently been delivered. I haven't received my order. Customer support continues to give me the run-around...
