Failed to fulfill orders and no refund for almost a month

Place an order on the 17th of June, there was no communication until I reached out and I was told they are still waiting for the supplier, reached out again I was told they cannot fulfil my order they will issue me a refund from the 15th of July till date no refund. Order at your own risk🚮
