Fail to refund for item out of stock

On 29 September 2022 I placed an order which they could not deliver. They refused to deliver a replacement item free of charge. I asked for a refund which they agreed to on 21 October 2022 and they promised a turnaround time of 7 days. On 4 November 2022 after I enquired about the delay, they promised the refund within 7-10 days. To date, I have not received the refund.
