Extremly bad service
You don't even deserve a star! Your service is pathetic. Not even to mention your very high delivery fee. I orderd my goods over a week ago. After numeros emails and calls it was suppose to be deliverd on a certain day. Needles to say the following day, again after calls, I was informed you lost my goods and will give me a refund. I just hope I get my fulle refund this year still. Will never ever order from snatcher ever again.
