Extremely unhappy

I'm extremely unhappy with their service. I ordered goods in December and they kept s3nding me from pillar to post whenever I enquired about delivery of my order. They never keep me updated, I always have to email them to find out what's going on with my order. Only in late Jan, after sending them numerous emails I was told the courier vehicle was hijacked and they will replace my entire order...that took forever also and I was again told I'll be refunded. Till today I have not been refunded. I'm so tired of sending emails!!! I'm so dissapointed!! And each time I'm told they are working fast to resolve the matter...3 months later it's still not resolved. A box came and a few items were missing. It's just a nightmare. I'm never gonna order again from them.
